After every 90 minutes, take a short walk or do some other activity.

sugar and to deal with diabetes you have to face obesity first. Follow a
balanced diet and do weight loss exercises regularly.

A blood sugar test measures a type of sugar called glucose in your blood. Here are the different types of blood glucose tests, through which it can be found out whether you have diabetes or not -
Hemoglobin A1C
The hemoglobin A1c or glycohemoglobin test measures how much sugar (glucose) is present in red blood cells. This test can be used to diagnose diabetes. This test also shows how well your diabetes has been controlled over the past 2 to 3 months and whether your diabetes medicine needs to be changed. The results of your A1c test can be used to estimate your average blood sugar level. This is called your estimated average glucose.
If the blood glucose level in the HB A1C test is 6.5% or more, then the risk of diabetes is high.
Empty stomach blood sugar test
In this test to check the amount of sugar in the blood, the person does not have to eat anything for at least 8 hours. This is often the first test that checks for pre-diabetes and diabetes.
If the blood sugar level in the empty stomach blood sugar test is equal to or greater than 126 mg/dl, then the risk of diabetes is high.
Post-meal blood sugar test
The blood
sugar level is checked exactly 2 hours after a meal in this test. This is not a
test used to diagnose sugar. This test is used to see whether a person with
diabetes is taking the right amount of insulin with food.
If the blood sugar level is greater than or equal to 200 mg/dl in the post-meal blood sugar test results, then the risk of diabetes is high.
Random blood sugar test
A random blood sugar test checks your blood glucose regardless of the last time you ate. Many random measurements can be made throughout the day. The random test is useful because glucose levels in healthy people do not vary widely throughout the day. Blood glucose levels that vary widely can mean a problem. This test is also called a random blood glucose test.
If your blood sugar level in the random blood sugar test is greater than or equal to 200 milligrams per deciliter, then your chances of getting diabetes are high.
Oral Glucose Tolerance Test
The oral glucose tolerance test is used to diagnose pre-diabetes and diabetes. The oral glucose tolerance test is a series of blood glucose measurements performed after drinking a sugary beverage containing glucose. This test is commonly used to diagnose sugar during pregnancy. Women with high blood sugar levels during pregnancy may have oral glucose tolerance tests after pregnancy.
If the blood sugar level is greater than or equal to 200 mg/dL in the oral glucose tolerance test results, the risk of diabetes is high.
If your empty stomach blood sugar test is between 100 mg/dL and 125 mg/dL or your post-meal blood sugar test and oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) result is between 140 and 199 mg/dL or your Hemoglobin A1c is between 5.7% and 6.4% means you have pre-diabetes. This means that your blood sugar is above normal but not high enough to be sugar. Discuss with your doctor how often you need the test. Your doctor may repeat the test to confirm the diagnosis of sugar.
