Tamil Nadu CM MK Stalin to meet PM Modi in Delhi Today 
This is Stalin's first visit to Delhi after taking oath as the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu last month. He has been raising many issues related to the Covid vaccine and the state with PM Modi and he will also discuss it.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and DMK President MK Stalin will be in Delhi on a two-day visit today. He will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his stay in the national capital.
तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री और द्रमुक अध्यक्ष एम.के. स्टालिन आज दो दिवसीय दौरे पर दिल्ली में होंगे। वह राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में अपने प्रवास के दौरान प्रधान मंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से मुलाकात करेंगे।

During the two-day visit, on Friday, CM Stalin will also meet Congress interim president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.

Although the Chief Minister's Office has not released any official agenda of Stalin's visit, the issues raised by Stalin in his communication to the Prime Minister over the past few weeks are likely to be discussed.

The DMK president, in a letter to PM Modi on Monday, sought an immediate direction from the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas to cancel the bidding process for hydrocarbon extraction in the Vadatheru block of the Cauvery basin in the Pudukkottai district.
द्रमुक अध्यक्ष ने सोमवार को पीएम मोदी को लिखे पत्र में पुदुक्कोट्टई जिले के कावेरी बेसिन के वडाथेरू ब्लॉक में हाइड्रोकार्बन निष्कर्षण के लिए बोली प्रक्रिया को रद्द करने के लिए पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय को तत्काल निर्देश देने की मांग की।
In the letter, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu urged the Prime Minister to direct the Ministry to consult the State Government before bringing up any field in Tamil Nadu for any auction for hydrocarbon exploration and extraction in the future.
पत्र में, तमिलनाडु के मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रधानमंत्री से आग्रह किया कि भविष्य में हाइड्रोकार्बन की खोज और निष्कर्षण के लिए किसी भी नीलामी के लिए तमिलनाडु में किसी भी क्षेत्र को लाने से पहले मंत्रालय को राज्य सरकार से परामर्श करने का निर्देश दिया जाए।
Issues to be raised with PM Modi (पीएम मोदी से उठाएंगे मुद्दे)
On the conduct of NEET, CM Stalin had announced a committee under the chairmanship of retired Judge AK Rajan of Madras High Court to study the impact of NEET on candidates belonging to socially disadvantaged sections in medical admissions. Almost all the parties including the ruling DMK and main opposition AIADMK are on the same page about NEET and they are demanding the cancellation of the exam saying it is against social justice.
On the Cauvery basin issue, CM Stalin had earlier written to PM Modi urging him to intervene and direct the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas to cancel the bidding process for hydrocarbon and natural gas extraction from the valley. He disserts that the Cauvery basin is the basis of Tamil Nadu's food security and agro-based economy and the ecologically delicate region supports the livelihood of lakhs of farmers in the state.
कावेरी बेसिन मुद्दे पर, सीएम स्टालिन ने पहले पीएम मोदी को पत्र लिखकर उनसे हस्तक्षेप करने और पेट्रोलियम और प्राकृतिक गैस मंत्रालय को घाटी से हाइड्रोकार्बन और प्राकृतिक गैस निष्कर्षण के लिए बोली प्रक्रिया को रद्द करने का निर्देश देने का आग्रह किया था। उन्होंने कहा कि कावेरी बेसिन तमिलनाडु की खाद्य सुरक्षा और कृषि आधारित अर्थव्यवस्था का आधार है और पारिस्थितिक रूप से नाजुक क्षेत्र राज्य के लाखों किसानों की आजीविका का समर्थन करता है।

Another issue MK Stalin is likely to present before PM Modi is the release of the Rajiv Gandhi assassination convicts. On May 20, CM MK Stalin had written a letter to President Ram Nath Govind requesting the release of seven convicts. Back in 2018, the then AIADMK government recommended to the state governor the release of seven convicts, but no action has been taken in this regard yet.
एक और मुद्दा एमके स्टालिन के पीएम मोदी के सामने पेश होने की संभावना है, वह है राजीव गांधी हत्याकांड के दोषियों की रिहाई। 20 मई को सीएम एम.के. स्टालिन ने राष्ट्रपति राम नाथ कोविंद को पत्र लिखकर सात दोषियों की रिहाई का अनुरोध किया था। 2018 में वापस, तत्कालीन अन्नाद्रमुक सरकार ने सात दोषियों की रिहाई के लिए राज्य के राज्यपाल से सिफारिश की, लेकिन इस संबंध में अभी तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई है।
