    पुडुचेरी संघशासित प्रदेश में एन. रंगास्वामी ने चौथी बार मुख्यमंत्री पद की शपथ ली। मुख्यमंत्री एन .रंगास्वामी को पुदुचेरी के उपराज्यपाल तमिलसाई सौन्दरयराजन ने 07 मई 2021 को तमिल भाषा में शपथ दिलायी। पुडुचेरी मे 30 सीटों पर चुनाव कराया गया, जिसमें से भाजपा + सहयोगी AINR कांग्रेस ने 10+6=16 सीटों पर जीत दर्ज की, जबकी विपक्षी पार्टी काँग्रेस को सिर्फ 03 सीटें मिलीं । पुडुचेरी संघशासित प्रेदेश में चार जिले हैं, यनम, कराईकल, पुदुचेरी और माहे ।

    In the Union Territory of Puducherry, N. Rangaswamy took oath as the Chief Minister for the fourth time. Chief Minister N. Rangaswamy was administered the oath in Tamil language by Puducherry Lieutenant Governor Tamilisai Soundaryarajan on 07 May 2021. In Puducherry, elections were held on 30 seats, out of which BJP + ally AINR Congress won 10+6=16 seats, while the opposition Congress got only 03 seats. The Union Territory of Puducherry consists of four districts, Yanam, Karaikal, Puducherry and Mahe.

    पुडुचेरी में पहली बार भाजपा सरकार को हिस्सा बनने जा रही है। विधानसभा चुनावों में उसने छह सीटों पर विजय पाकर राष्ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गठबंधन (एन. डी. ए.) को सत्ता तक पहुंचाने में भूमिका निभाई है । तीस सीटों की विधानसभा वाले इस केंद्र शासित प्रदेश में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री एन रंगास्वामी के नेतृत्व वाले एन. आर. कांग्रेस ने दस सीटें और उसकी सहयोगी भाजपा ने छह सीटें जीती, जबकि कांग्रेस के नेतृत्व वाले गठबंधन ने तीन सीटों पर जीत दर्ज की। राजग ने पुडुचेरी में बहुमत के लिए  16 सीटों के  आंकड़ों को हासिल कर लिया। इससे पहले पुडुचेरी विधानसभा में भाजपा को  प्रतिनिधि 1990 में मिला था।

    For the first time in Puducherry, the BJP government is going to be a part. It played a role in leading the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) to power by winning six seats in the assembly elections. The 30-seat assembly in this union territory led by former chief minister N Rangaswamy, N. R. The Congress won ten seats and its ally the BJP six, while the Congress-led alliance won three. The NDA secured a majority of 16 seats in Puducherry. Before this, the BJP got its representative in the Puducherry assembly in 1990.

    भाजपा के जिन नेताओं ने जीत दर्ज की उनमें पूर्व लोक निर्माण विभाग के मंत्री ए नमशिवायम भी शामिल हैं। भाजपा के मंत्री ए नमशिवायम अपने द्रमुक प्रतिद्वंद्वी ए कृष्णन को हराकर मन्नाडिपेट विधानसभा सीट पर जीत दर्ज की । वह इसी साल जनवरी में कांग्रेस से भाजपा में आये थे। इसके अलावा कामराज नगर से ए जॉन कुमार, नेल्लिथेपे से उनके पुत्र रिचर्ड्स जॉन कुमार, कालापेट से ए. आई. एन. आर. सी. (AINRC) के पूर्व विधायक पी. एम. एल. कल्याणसुंदरम, मानावेली से ई सेलवम और औसुडू जे सर्वनन कुमार ने भी भाजपा के टिकट पर विजय पायी।

    Among the BJP leaders who registered victory are former Public Works Department Minister A Namashivayam. BJP minister A Namashivayam won the Mannadipet assembly seat by defeating his DMK rival A Krishnan. He had switched from Congress to BJP in January this year. Apart from this, A John Kumar from Kamaraj Nagar, his Son Richards John Kumar from Nellithepe, A. I. N. R. Former MLA of C. (AINRC) P. M. L. E Selvam from Kalyanasundaram, Manaveli and Ousudu J Sarvanan Kumar from also won on BJP ticket.
